Bonded foam

This variety comes from the recycling method of polyurethane foams.

This mechanical recycling transforms flakes (used in furnishing) into a new foam called bonded. With an important density from 60kg to 200kg its applications are different from other varieties.

The furniture uses this variety so strengthen seats or backrest in circumference, make armrests……
Also used as layers (carpet, floating floors), sports field, judo’s tatami mat, protection.
Its hardness and composition allow to meet criteria around the acoustic.

Often used in small thickness 10 to 30 mm because its density is important, this variety stays a real appeal on the market because of its availability in important quantities including thanks to the implementations of revaluations of materials under the watch of eco-organisations.
